Teafibers

This is fanart of Miso from Katamari that I made for personal use and wrote the pattern as I went along to share with anyone that would like to make their own.  The pattern is for the main structure only. The soup and face details were needle felted but you can also use felted sheets cut into shapes and sewn on or embroidery floss. Yarn and hook size I used produced a plush about 9" tall with the antenna. Because I used a small hook with thicker yarn, it did get a little tricky for the arms, legs and antenna. This isn't exactly a full blown tutorial but more of showing how I made this cardinal for my mom. If you're planning on making your own, I hope this can be of use to you. My felting fibers of choice are polyfil stuffing and acrylic fibers I make myself with yarn and a wired pet brush. I have no issues with wool, I'm just cheap and find it more convenient because I always have stuffing and yarn on hand.
